Hit/Fight: Yes, but there are several disclaimers, remember his touch power, and if his life is seriously threatened a murderous poltergeist shows up so there is that . . .
Kill: Possibly? Talk to the player, the resulting plot would have to be amazing, and Haunt would likely respawn with a memory wipe.
Mindread: Sure PM me for surface thoughts, mind you if it is a touch power his will also activate. Deep digging, or catching a glimpse of serious stuff will likely get Wraith to override with particularly nasty illusions, perfect illusions if touching.
